Playing Back MIDI Continuous Controller Data Over ReWire
Once you have recorded MIDI CC data from the ReWire client application to a MIDI track, configure the MIDI track to play the ReWire client application. You can also edit the MIDI CC data in Pro Tools | First until you achieve the best results.
To play back MIDI CC data over ReWire:
1. From the MIDI track’s MIDI Output selector, select the ReWire client application device you want to control (the same device from which you recorded the MIDI CC data).
2. Start playback in Pro Tools | First.
3. Switch to the ReWire client application. Notice that the corresponding control changes according to the MIDI CC data from Pro Tools.
