Sharing Files
All files that have been directly shared with you or posted with your profile can be managed from a single page.
To view your files:
1. Select the Connections page.
2. Select Files from the left panel.
On the right panel you will see a list of files that you have posted or received.
3. If the list of files is long, you can filter it by selecting one of the following.
 
Recent
Displays only files that you have recently posted or received.
Owned by me
Displays only files that you have posted.
Shared with me
Displays only files that have been shared with you.
All files
Displays all files that have been posted or received.
To upload and share a file:
1. Click Upload files.
2. Navigate your file system, select the file that you want to upload, and click Open.
3. Click Share Settings and set the necessary access permissions with other members.
4. If the user or group is not in your list of share settings, click Share with: People, Groups and enter the member or group name with whom you want to share the file.
To stop sharing a file:
1. Select the file and in the left panel, select File Sharing Settings > Sharing Settings.
2. Click the x button next to the file that you want to stop sharing and click Close.
To perform an action on a file:
1. In the Actions column, click on the drop-down arrow next to the file name and choose one of the following:
 
Download
Navigate to a folder on your system where you would like to store the downloaded file.
Upload New Version
Navigate your file system and select the file to be uploaded.
Share with people
Forward this file to another member(s).
Share with groups
Forward this file to a group.
Sharing settings
Displays a list of people with whom this file has been shared.
If you are the owner of a file, you can disable the sharing with groups/members that you had previously shared this file. Similarly, you can also add new member/groups with whom to share this file.
