Get Help
The Community application provides online help to guide you with tasks that you can perform with Avid products. In addition, there are Help Community groups where you can connect with other users and Avid Customer Care representatives.
To access the online help:
1. Click the Support tab at the top of the page.
2. Scroll down to the Learn and Explore section and select a workflow that meets your needs.
To view commonly asked questions:
1. Click the Support tab at the top of the page.
2. Select a community that relates to the product for which you need information.
3. Search for articles and discussions related to your needs, or post a message clearly describing the issue you are experiencing.
