Selecting Items
To select a single item in the Locations pane:
Click the icon for an item. When selected, the item is highlighted. The contents of the selected item (volume, folder, project, or catalog) are displayed in the Browser pane.
If there is already a selection in the Locations or Browser pane, you can also type the first letters of the item you want to select.
To select multiple items in the Browser pane:
Drag to select a group of items, or Shift-click additional items. Command-click (Mac) or Control-click (Windows) to select multiple noncontiguous items.
To select all items listed:
Press Command-A (Mac) or Control-A (Windows).
To select all Transfer files in the current window:
Choose
Select Transfer Files from the Browser menu.
To select all offline files:
Choose
Select Offline Files from the Browser menu.
To select all online files:
Choose
Select Online Files from the Browser menu.
To reverse the current selection:
Choose
Invert Selected from the Browser menu.
